I couldn't get to this right away because I'm out of town checking on our new house, which now has all its exterior walls. You can see pictures on my building blog. The exciting news is that just this morning I signed off on the final decisions for the kitchen counter tops and cabinetry!!! I did bring the book with me so I can send it right away. I'll be back home this weekend and hopefully the quince will finally be ripe and I can work on more jelly making.
